We are looking for a responsible, self-motivated Assistant Administrator to join our amazing,

hand-picked team of fabulousness!  

Our NEW Assistant Administrator will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties will include providing support to our team, assisting in daily office duties, and managing our company’s general administrative needs.


Job Brief:

Assistant Administrator primary task will be to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work. Redirect messages to the appropriate person or department through a good understanding of how WG&Co operates. Help out to resolve common office problems.

Job Summary:

Our Assistant Administrator's responsibilities will include:

  • Handle administrative requests and queries from team members

  • Organize and schedule appointments

  • Manage projects through a project management software -

  • Team lead for regular huddles

  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, and forms

  • Reviewing and coordinating office procedures to ensure that company policies are being met

  • Monitoring and ordering stationery and other office supplies

  • Establishing and maintaining an effective filing system for letters, reports, minutes, and other documents

  • Organize Customer Care projects

  • Provide general support to clients

  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

  • Coordinate staff training/ encourage staff engagement

  • Plus do additional tasks as required for day-to-day operations such as

    • Creating invoices

    • Managing receipts


Please note: this position is not a remote position but an in-office position 

Requirements and Skills:

  • Experience as an Assistant Administrator or in a similar secretarial position with two or more years of work experience​

  • Ability to use common computer software packages and online applications

  • Accurate handwriting and word processing abilities

  • Capacity to work as part of a team in a busy environment

  • Ability to meet deadlines while ensuring high standards of accuracy

  • Ability to follow instructions provided by Managers or other senior members of staff

  • Willingness to assist in resolving typical office problems and learn how to follow company procedures


  • 22 hours weekly - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.  (hours somewhat negotiable)


  • Wage is based on experience
